I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. (#155312) My approach is rooted in the belief that each individual carries within them innate wisdom and the capacity for transformation. I offer a client-centered and attachment focused approach. I utilize an integration of experiential, somatic and systems oriented modalities. I have found that healing is not a linear path, but a journey benefitted by compassion, connection, and curiosity. I work with adolescents, couples and adult individuals.
Experience with: anxiety, depression, PTSD, C-PTSD, grief, phase of life, eating disorders, relationship and attachment injuries, existential concerns and couples therapy.
I am currently under the supervision of:
Jennifer Schilling, LPCC #1544
Your Whole Health Matters.
It is all connected. It can be overwhelming to chase symptoms, or get lost in the uncertainty of what to prioritize first. The demands and responsibilities most face on a daily basis require support that meets you where you are, and offers presence, tools and opportunity for insight to facilitate change in a sustainable way. Healing is not always linear, but can still be felt and experienced.
